The itinerary continues on “Via delle Terme di Caracalla”, arriving then to the Circo Massimo (Massimo Circus), great example of the architecture of the Etruscan Rome, built for the spectacles by King Tarquinio Prisco. Along “Via del Circo Massimo”, we reach the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, where is located the mask of the Mouth of the Truth which also gives its name to the front square. According to the tradition, whoever lies after having put the hand inside the mask, will lost it.
